Join us Saturday, September 9th at 4PM for a double feature book signing and discussion between acclaimed authors Michael Thomas Ford and James Klise!
Michael Thomas Ford will be discussing "Every Star That Falls"; his much-anticipated sequel to the fan-favorite novel "Suicide Notes". In this funny and touching book, Jeff, who has recently accepted his sexuality after a suicide attempt, navigates the challenges of returning to school and reconnecting with friends. With the help of new friends from a local community center for queer youths, Jeff learns to embrace his true self.
James Klise will also be joining us! Klise's latest novel, "I'll Take Everything You Have", is a vivid portrayal of queer coming of age in Depression-era Chicago. It follows Joe Garbe, a young man who arrives in Chicago with the goal of earning enough money to save his family farm. However, he soon finds himself entangled in the city's criminal underbelly, all while navigating his own identity and relationships.
