Sandy Grubb signs her young reader novel JUST LIKE CLICK

Join us from 1-3pm when Portland native Sandy Grubb introduces her debut middle grade novel, JUST LIKE CLICK.

The story follows 11-year old Nick Townley, who lives in a ranch nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. Though his parents encourage him towards sports and making friends, Nick desires nothing more than to write and draw superhero comics. A string of robberies jolts Nick into action, but his secret identity isn't forever - can he navigate these new dangers alone? Each chapter of JUST LIKE CLICK begins with a a comic book page illustrated by the novel's main character.

Sandy will be sharing comic templates for kids interested in trying to create their own comic.
