Sexing Chickens and Other Outlandish History From the Town of Enfield

Barnes & Noble in Enfield is excited to host a return engagement with local historian Peter Floyd Sorenson for a presentation of the some of the outlandish history of the town of Enfield.  Peter will be discussing stories from his book Sexing Chickens, including the Osborn Prison Farm UFO sighting of 1952, the Thompsonville shark attack of 1916, the Pilch's School of Chicken Sexing, and the Enfield Sanitorium. There will also be a book signing, with books available at the Enfield B&N store in advance, and a limited number of books available for sale on the day of the event.   Join us on Saturday, April 20th from 1:00-4:00 for what is sure to be a fun and interesting event!
