Join Teresa in a discussion of Roxane Gay's memoir Hunger. 
Following a horrible trauma, Gay uses food to deal with the persistent feelings of loneliness and shame. While dealing with these emotions she also learns to navigate the world with her large body while experiencing both anger and humiliation that comes from performing everyday tasks and the words of well-meaning people. 

Snacks and sips will be provided, please arrive a few minutes before 6:30pm to ensure an on time start.
