Christopher Paolini discusses & signs MURTAGH: DELUXE EDITION

An Evening with Christopher Paolini!

The author of the acclaimed Eragon series will be speaking and signing in celebration of the release of the DELUXE edition of his latest book, Murtagh.  Don't miss this fantastic event!

• The event is FREE and open to the public, however purchase of Murtagh: Deluxe Edition from Barnes & Noble Fairlawn is required to receive a wristband for the signing line; one wristband per book purchased.

• Customers may Reserve a copy in advance by stopping in the Fairlawn store or calling at 330-665-5199.  Wristbands will be issued upon purchase in-store. (Online purchases will not be considered for wristbands.)

• Books will be available for purchase starting on the release date of 10/15/24.  Wristbands will be issued at the time of purchase.  Limited quantities are available so reservations are recommended.

• Seating for the talk is limited - we ask that seats be left only for those guests who need to sit.  Standing room is abundant, and areas throughout the store will be able to see and hear.  The seating area will open at 3:30pm.

• Customers who reserved their book early will receive wristbands to fill the first group(s) of the signing line in order; all other customers will be given their wristbands on a first-come-first-served basis.  Reserved copies not picked up by 4:00 pm on the day of the event will be made available to the public.

• The signing line will be called forward by wristband color. You must have your wristband to enter the signing line.  Customers who placed an early reservation will receive wristbands for the first group(s) called.

• Because the signing line will be called forward by group, we ask that you do not line up in advance of the event.  You will be asked to wait in the presentation area of the store until your wristband color group is called to the signing area.

• Christopher will begin speaking promptly at 5:00 pm, and will speak for about an hour with time for questions.  Signing will start at 6:30pm, and we will make time to get through the entire signing line.

• Christopher will personalize one item per person, and will sign up to 4 items.

• To keep the line moving for all guests, Christopher will not be taking time to pose for photos, but candid photos are allowed.

Again, we recommend reserving your book in advance of the event.
