Pirate Party with Author Aloura M. Charles

Join author Aloura M. Charles at Barnes and Noble, Glendale, on Saturday November 23^rd from 2-4pm, for a Pirate Party extravaganza. There will be a fun scavenger hunt with prizes where kids will learn about sea animals while exploring the bookstore. We’ll have a fun pirate craft as well as coloring pages for younger kids. Aloura will read a short excerpt from her book, sign books and take photos. Kids can join in a sea shanty sing-a-long and pose for fun photos as pirates, mermaids or inside our Sucked In! Treasure Island pirate ship… the Hispaniola.
