ABOUTEMERALD CITY ROMANCE WRITERS
Located in the Seattle/Puget Sound area of Washington state, Emerald City Romance Writers is dedicated to promoting excellence in romantic fiction by helping writers become published in the romance genre and providing a place where writers — both published and unpublished — can come for growth, support, inspiration and education. They are proud of their authors and the fact that the Northwest continues to be a hotbed of talent.

ECRW writes about love, romance, and passion in all its forms, and they are proud of their diverse and inclusive community. Everyone needs love, and ECRW has members who write stories about every kind of love there is, with something for everyone. ECRW is a safe space. They welcome all writers of any background, any heat level, any genre, any whatever-you-can-think-of. They have room for members who don't write romance, but most of their content does focus on romance writing.

ABOUT LYNNE HANCOCK PEARSON

Lynne Hancock Pearson writes kissing books: fun, flirty, feel-good fiction that simmers at a low heat. She is a past chair of the Emerald City Writers Conference and her book, Fraudulent Trust, was a finalist in 2024's Nancy Pearl Book Award.

She lives near Seattle with her finicky felines and long-suffering husband. She is a left-handed middle child who grew up in the Great White North and is a proud member of the Métis Nation of Canada.

ABOUT ROBIN JEFFERY

Robin Jeffrey can almost always be found cranking out punchy flash fiction, lyrical essays, or world-rich novels. Her writing has been published in magazines across the country and around the world. She currently calls the Pacific Northwest of the United States home, where she lives happily with her husband and their out of control comic book collection. She currently resides in the rainy Pacific Northwest. More of her work can be found on her website, RobinJeffreyAuthor.com.

ABOUT CHRISTINA BRAVER

Christina Braver writes steamy, small-town, contemporary romance set in the Pacific Northwest. Her stories are about strong heroes with softer sides, independent heroines with a bit of sass, and the guaranteed happily-ever-after we all need.

She has a master’s in clinical psychology and uses that knowledge to create well rounded character driven stories described as “a little bit nerdy and a little bit dirty.” Influenced by books and information from prominent sex therapists, her books bring toe curling spice and real-life sexy tips, as well as address deeper issues such as women’s sexual health and sex positivity for all.

When she isn’t writing, Christina can be found laughing too loudly with friends, sipping wine, or reading. She lives outside Seattle with her husband who shares his bourbon, and two teenagers who don’t tell their friends what Mom writes.

ABOUT JOSIE MALONE (AKA SHANNON KENNEDY)

Josie Malone usually writes at night after a long day on the ranch. She loves summer breaks but she's just as busy, since that’s when she teaches horse day-camp. Josie retired from teaching school and that will give her more time for her books. She can't wait to write during the day instead of doing what she calls her "vampire" routine and writing after dark!

Josie am a member of several writing groups, including the Evergreen Writers of America, the Writer's Co-Op of the Pacific Northwest, the Stillaguamish Writers Group, and Pacific NW Writers.

ABOUT E.L. ROUX

E.L. Roux is a Science Fiction and Fantasy Romance author who writes about finding love in all the wrong places. E.L. uses their knowledge on everything from prosthetics to the sport of fencing, to weave together complex romances you can't put down.

E.L. Roux lives in Washington State with their artistically inclined family, an indoor street cat, and a terror of a Bosten Terrier.

ABOUT HEATHER GREYE

Once she stopped being stubborn and learned to read, Heather always had a book in her hand. Or in her bag. Or under the pillow.

Anne McCaffrey, Nora Roberts, Agatha Christie, and Tamora Pierce. Heather devoured anything and everything, from sci-fi and fantasy novels to historical romance and Harlequins. Her favorites were the stories that combined swoony romance with fantastic adventures.

Now she creates her own worlds and plays “what if…?”

Heather lives in Seattle with her husband and two cats. When she’s not writing, she reads, travels, tries a new recipe, or enjoys a quiet cup of tea.

ABOUT TORI FIELDS (AKA BRIANNA MONTLAKE)

Author of The Sugar & Steam series and the Ink & Love series with Last Chapter Press. Books by Tori Fields have all the sweet and heat you want in your instalove romance. These novellas are quick-reading and heart meltingly full of the emotion you're craving.

No Cliffhangers. No Cheating. Only a beautiful happily ever after.

For other works, check out the author "Brianna Malotke" or "MalotkeWrites" online.
