Join us in welcoming author L.N. Gruer for a signing of her book The Scarred Pepper Tree!

LN will be in store signing copies for a few hours starting at 2pm on the second floor balcony!

This event is free to attend and open to everyone.

What happens if you're not perfect? When the Tree was small, a windstorm almost ended her life. Although rescued, she was badly scarred, marking her for removal. When 10-year-old Dolores was small, she was left in a foreign orphanage. Even after her father found her, he abandoned her with her grandparents, who are too old to take care of her. Scar and Lolo live precariously in a Canyon Garden, inhabited by magical creatures: some friend, some foe. When an ill-fated event threatens Lolo's BFFs life, everyone must pull together, or lose Scar and Lolo forever.
