Author Event with Jenifer Wood!

We are excited to welcome the amazing Jenifer Wood for an author event for their series  Abandoned on Niflheim!

About Agnarr's Teacher: 

PIPER
I was only expecting a delivery of toothbrushes, but found myself face-to-face with an alien, not an Amazon delivery person. Abducted, I woke up on Niflheim, a heavily forested planet far away from home. Dumped here because my anxiety meds made me unworthy of my captors’ plans. I’m surrounded by friendly and well-meaning orkin who, unfortunately, have little experience with anxiety. But there’s another clan of orkin in the mountains who grow an herb that helps. And I’m bound and determined to get it even if it means braving the wild forest and early snows alone. The handsome orc who nearly felled a tree on me won’t stop following me. And keeps scattering my already racing thoughts.

AGNARR
I’m the next in line for Fyrifirar Tribe Jarl, a skilled warrior, and definitely not good at chopping down trees. But I can’t stop thinking about the tiny human female who we’d found near our village with eleven other human females. She’s so small, barely larger than an orkin child, and so lovely I can’t get her out of my mind. And then I went and nearly killed her while felling a tree to distract myself. Yet somehow, she still ended up in my arms. If I didn’t know better, I’d say that Piper was my one true Elska mate. When she attempts to sneak away to Snaerfirar Tribe to obtain the herbs she needs for her anxiety, I follow, unable to let her go alone with the oncoming blizzard. I’ll help her get her herbs, I’d do anything for her, and maybe the Snaerfirar Tribe has answers to the question burning in my chest. Can humans and orkin be Elska mates?

About Jenifer Wood:

Jen has been reading for as long as she can remember. She used to get in trouble for reading Little House on the Prairie under her desk in elementary school.

Jen is married to a very polite Englishman she brought back as a souvenir from her college study abroad trip. She has identical twin mutants who make her question her sanity daily. When not writing, she enjoys reading about monster d*ck, napping, and watching soothing cooking shows.

She is a goth kid at heart and truly wishes she could wear platform combat boots and black nail polish on all occasions.
